Develop automated Python/Robot Framework tests, run performance/stability/soak tests, debug protocol traces with Wireshark/QXDM, and integrate CI/CD pipelines. Mentor junior engineers and collaborate globally to ensure interoperable, scalable, and stable deployments.

Design, deploy, administer, and lifecycle-manage Ericsson CNIS infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters. Configure CNIs/CSI, manage Rook/Ceph storage, implement networking (BGP/VLAN/VXLAN), integrate authentication (LDAP/Keycloak), onboard CNFs, monitor with Prometheus/Grafana/EFK, troubleshoot infrastructure and CNFs, and use Ericsson operational tools (ENM, CENX, OMC, ESM).

Design and verify board-level power solutions for radio, baseband, and network router products. Tasks include DCDC converter design (isolated and non-isolated), EMC and protection features, circuit simulation, loss and margin analysis, schematic and PCB layout guidance, testing with lab equipment, documentation, product maintenance, and root-cause analysis.

As a Repair and Troubleshoot Supervisor, you will lead a team in repairing and troubleshooting electronics, ensuring quality and efficient processes.

Lead end-to-end RAN software integration, upgrades, feature activation/rollback, and large-scale rollouts across 2G/3G/4G/5G networks. Develop LLDs, MOPs, rollback plans, execute FNI and PAT, implement automation, monitor KPIs, troubleshoot faults, and mentor integration engineers while coordinating stakeholders and ensuring service continuity and quality.

Operate and maintain IP nodes (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers). Perform alarm analysis, ticket and fault management, troubleshooting, RCA, backups, and change implementations. Collaborate with field teams and vendors to meet SLAs and ensure service availability.

As a Product Quality Leader, you'll manage product quality throughout its lifecycle, lead quality improvement teams, and ensure compliance with quality management methods while driving results on KPIs.
