Designs and implements Microsoft SQL Server databases, ETL (SSIS), stored procedures, OLAP/cubes and data warehouse solutions. Builds and optimizes schemas, queries and cubes, performs DB tuning and monitoring, enforces database policies, and supports multiple deadline-driven projects to meet SLAs and ensure data quality.

Lead design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, warehouses, and analytics environments. Integrate diverse data sources, ensure data quality and security, define SLAs, perform ad-hoc data analysis, and collaborate with product and project teams to deliver BI and analytics solutions.

Lead architecture and implementation of critical data pipelines and platform components, set technical standards, mentor engineers, own orchestration reliability, partner on roadmap, evaluate new tools, and ensure PHI compliance across data systems.
