As an Associate Strategy Director, you will lead data-driven client engagements, strategize business growth, mentor teams, and navigate complex challenges using a Hypothesis-Driven Approach.

Drive performance, cost, monitoring, governance, and self-serve analytics; influence cross-functional teams and mentor engineers.

Lead BI Center of Excellence efforts to design, govern, and implement enterprise data integration and BI solutions. Provide tooling expertise (Alteryx, APEX, Power BI), enforce governance, coach users, prioritize BI work, support migrations to strategic platforms, and produce documentation, metrics, and best practices to drive scalable, secure, and reusable analytics solutions.

Builds and maintains global Workday HR reporting infrastructure: gathers requirements, develops custom reports and dashboards, tests and validates solutions, supports UAT, mentors peers, handles ad-hoc data requests, and improves report performance and user adoption across HR teams.

Lead development and delivery of analytical datasets and AI-enabled analytics for global real estate. Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs, design data solutions, enforce governance and quality, scale AI use cases, and deliver executive-level reporting and project management.

Lead a small analytics team (staff data scientist + two analysts) to deliver curriculum, product, and program insights. Split time between people management (60-70%) and hands-on analysis (30-40%), advance experimentation and measurement, build AI/LLM-driven agentic workflows, manage sprints and cross-functional stakeholder relationships, and drive analytics that inform curriculum, product, and intervention strategies.

Research and analyze competitors' annuity products, pricing, sales, and trends. Maintain competitor databases and produce regular reports and rate updates. Partner with internal teams, present findings to stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, and conduct requested research projects to inform product and actuarial decisions.
