Design and deliver engineering data architecture, governance, and pipelines to enable analytics, automation, and AI. Assess sources, define target-state models and roadmaps, implement ETL/ELT, integrations, semantic models, dashboards, and data-quality practices across engineering systems.

Lead a data distribution and sharing platform team by owning technical vision, architecture, SLAs, and end-to-end delivery. Build and optimize ETL pipelines, data models, and integrations using Snowflake, DBT, AWS, Informatica, and SQL Server. Design, build, and operate Databricks Lakehouse pipelines (Bronze/Silver/Gold) using Delta Lake and DLT. Optimize Spark/SQL workloads and Delta tables for performance and cost, implement incremental processing with exactly-once semantics, ensure data quality, and deliver documented datasets and dashboards (Power BI/other) with SLAs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrate real-time sensor data, and support stakeholders. Occasional travel; primarily on-site.

Own and evolve revenue systems (Salesforce, CPQ), build and govern the enterprise data platform, drive systems integration and AI enablement, manage HRIS and vendor relationships, and lead a cross-functional team supporting Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success.

Design, operate, and optimize a secure, scalable Snowflake data platform for Workforce Analytics. Enable governed, least-privilege access for users, applications, and AI tools. Own Posit (RStudio) platform connectivity and usability. Partner on transformation pipelines (Coalesce), CI/CD, data quality, and platform governance to support analysts and data scientists.

Build, optimize, and maintain scalable Databricks data pipelines and architectures. Collaborate with stakeholder and source teams to design bronze/silver/gold models, ensure data quality, security, GxP/GDPR compliance, and document processes while troubleshooting and monitoring performance.

Support Property Tax Research and Analytics by building dashboards, visualizing property-related tax reports, assisting policy evaluation and ad hoc research, collaborating across teams, and presenting findings to senior management.

Lead and deliver enterprise data programs: design Snowflake-based data solutions, data models, ETL and warehouse applications, provide architecture direction, drive technology transformation, collaborate with stakeholders, and apply advanced analytics (ML/AI/GenAI).
