Provide documentation, monitoring, training, and weekly progress reporting.

Lead KPI definition, forecasting, and experimentation for Telesales and Loyalty. Partner with Operations to identify drivers, run experiments, steward data, automate reporting, and share accountability for business outcomes.

Deliver BI/reporting solutions: gather and document requirements, design and build reports and dashboards (Power BI/SSRS/Tableau), run SQL queries, test and track defects, and collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to support acquisition and financial reporting.

Lead design, development, and migration of enterprise SAP BW solutions to SAP Datasphere; architect hybrid data flows with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse; integrate BW with Salesforce and SQL Server; embed AI (Copilot, Azure OpenAI) into analytics; manage deliverables, mentor offshore teams, enforce standards, and ensure data integrity and performance for reporting and analytics.

Support analytics team by analyzing marketing and social performance, building client-facing reports and visualizations, identifying KPIs, performing data quality checks, and communicating insights and recommendations to nontechnical stakeholders. Assist with monthly reviews and collaborate on dashboarding, ETL understanding, and tool improvements.
