The Data Analyst identifies, prepares, analyzes, and maintains datasets to support business decisions. Responsibilities include data visualization, data quality improvement, incident troubleshooting, defining business metrics, drafting data views with engineers, and collaborating with data scientists and cross-functional teams. The role also supports citizen analysts, documents data solutions, and assists with training and change management.
