Matches live concert program titles to works in ASCAP’s internal repertory database, classifies works by genre, instrumentation, and duration, creates and updates work records, merges duplicates, and researches member-submitted programs for annual royalty distribution. The role also supports special projects, collaborates with team members, and recommends process improvements. A strong general knowledge of music, especially classical music, plus research, critical-thinking, communication, and database-record maintenance skills is required.

Researches and resolves provider data issues across claims and record-management systems. Reconciles conflicting information, identifies root causes, assesses impacts on claims, reporting, privacy, and compliance, and performs authorized data updates.
