Oversee the overall functioning of Micro Learning Centres (MLCs) and Street Meal Distribution activities within the assigned zone.
Monitor MLC opening, classes, teacher attendance, student attendance, and learning activities.
Conduct regular visits to MLCs and ensure quality implementation of programmes.
Monitor teachers and field teams and address operational issues.
Ensure regular and timely street meal distribution across the assigned zone.
Monitor meal quality, quantity, hygiene, beneficiary coverage, and distribution records.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor programme activities.
Maintain and review attendance, activity records, MIS, and other required documentation.
Set targets and monitor the performance of teachers and field staff.
Conduct regular team meetings and follow up on pending activities.
Coordinate with State Heads, Head Office, and other concerned teams.
Identify operational gaps and take timely corrective action.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and programme guidelines.
Submit regular reports and updates to the management.
Support community engagement and ensure effective service delivery to beneficiaries.
Travel regularly within the assigned zone as required.
