Job Summary:
We are looking for a Zoho Specialist to develop and optimize workflows and automation within Zoho ONE CRM, ensuring seamless data integration from external sources. This role involves creating new fields, process workflows, reports, and dashboards to enhance operational efficiency. An example would be when a new order comes in and needs to be rooted through the system for everything from approvals, to production, to shipping and invoicing.
A key responsibility will be managing order workflows—from initial entry to approvals, production, shipping, and invoicing—ensuring a streamlined, automated process. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in customizing and maintaining Zoho CRM to support sales tracking, invoicing, reporting, and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement end-to-end sales process workflows.
- Create dashboards for clear visibility into stage statuses.
- Generate custom reports tailored to business needs.
- Enhance and optimize Zoho CRM, ensuring it serves as the single source of truth for business data.
- Other Duties: Accomplish other related duties as required.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand business needs and implement Zoho solutions effectively.
- Train internal users on Zoho CRM best practices to maximize efficiency and adoption.
- Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Specialist, Zoho Developer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho One Suite (Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, etc.).
- Expertise in designing custom reports and dashboards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
