Job Title: Offshore Zoho Creator Developer

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Offshore Zoho Creator Developer and Zoho People specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining custom applications on the Zoho Creator platform. The developer will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing support. Additionally, the developer will assist with the reconfiguration and optimization of existing setups within Zoho CRM Plus and Zoho People.

Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis and Solution Design:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document application requirements.  
    
  • Design solutions that align with business processes and goals.  
    
    
• Application Development:
  • Maintenance of custom applications on the Zoho Creator platform.  
    
  • Configure workflows, scripts, and automation as per requirements.  
    
  • Implement integrations with other Zoho applications or third-party systems.  
    
    
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct thorough testing of the application to ensure functionality, performance, and scalability.  
    
  • Address and resolve any bugs or issues identified during testing.  
    
    
• Deployment and Configuration:
  • Deploy applications in live environments.  
    
  • Assist with user setup, permissions, and access controls.  
    
    
• Documentation:
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical and user documentation for the developed solutions.  
    
    
• Ongoing Support:
  • Provide post-implementation support for the developed solutions.  
    
  • Address minor modifications or updates requested by the client.  
    
    
• Extended Support:
  • Provide extended support to assist with reconfiguration and optimization of existing setups within Zoho CRM Plus and Zoho People.  
    
    
• Zoho CRM Plus:
  • Reconfiguration: Adjust and refine existing modules, fields, and workflows to align with evolving business needs.  
    
  • Automation Updates: Modify existing workflows, blueprints, and custom functions for better process efficiency.  
    
  • Role and Permission Updates: Modify roles, access permissions, or user groups based on new structures.  
    
  • Dashboard and Report Adjustments: Update existing reports and dashboards to reflect current analytics requirements.  
    
    
• Zoho People:
  • Module Reconfiguration: Update modules like Leave, Timesheets, Attendance, or Onboarding to reflect new policies or workflows.  
    
  • Workflow Modifications: Adjust approval workflows or notifications as per organizational changes.  
    
  • Role and Permission Updates: Modify roles, access permissions, or user groups based on new structures.  
    
  • Employee Self-Service Enhancements: Fine-tune the employee portal for better user experience and compliance.  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing custom applications on the Zoho Creator platform.
  
• Strong understanding of Zoho CRM Plus and Zoho People.
  
• Experience in configuring workflows, scripts, and automation within Zoho Creator.
  
• Ability to integrate Zoho applications with other Zoho applications or third-party systems.
  
• Solid experience in testing applications to ensure functionality, performance, and scalability.
