Technical Operations Specialist (Junior / Mid-level)

Technical Operations Specialist (Junior / Mid-level)

We are looking for a full-time Technical Operations Specialist to join our Digital Innovation team.

This is a hands-on operational role. The work is manual, repetitive and done inside tools. You will spend your days setting things up by hand, following a process, and writing down what happened. You will also be available to other teams as technical support when they are blocked.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Create and manage accounts across platforms following our documented processes, at volume and by hand.
• Set up and maintain the tooling that supports it: proxies, browser profiles, verification methods.
• Handle the day to day problems that come with it, such as suspensions, detection and access issues.
• Monitor and maintain ranking signals on the channels and sites we operate, mainly on YouTube and Google.
• Apply team-defined methods, test variations and report what works and what does not.
• Write clear, reproducible SOPs and keep tracking sheets up to date.
• Step in as technical support for other teams when they are blocked on tools, access or setup.

🎯What We’re Looking For

Must-haves:

• You are comfortable with technical tools, extensions and configuration, and you are not scared of a settings panel you have never seen before.
• You understand proxies, browser profiles and antibot systems, or you clearly want to.
• You follow a process to the letter and document as you go.
• You are self-sufficient. When you are blocked you dig before you ask.
• You are curious about how platforms work below the surface.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have:

• Personal experience with YouTube, SEO or traffic acquisition, including side projects.
• Familiarity with iGaming or other competitive verticals.
• Junior profiles and interns are welcome. Mindset and hands-on instinct matter more than years of experience.

What we're NOT looking for:

• A growth marketing role. No ad accounts, no dashboards.
• A DevOps or cloud role. This is not server, deployment or cloud infrastructure work.
• An automation engineering role. Automation supports the work, it does not replace it.
• A role for someone who needs a highly structured environment to move forward.
• A role for a theorist. We want someone who does, tests and reports back.

Selection process

If you have been selected amongst other candidates you will receive an email with an invitation for your initial interview.

1. Initial interview with HR that will last between 30-45 minutes.
2. Written test to evaluate your knowledge and skills (we will give you 48h to complete it).
3. Final Interview with your potential team lead & reference check.
