Skills Required
- Deep fluency with the MrBeast channel and ability to cite specific videos and moments
- Ability to analyze YouTube performance metrics (view duration, CTR, retention curves) and connect them to creative choices
- Develop video concepts end-to-end including title, thumbnail, challenge structure, and payoff
- Conduct performance reviews and make concrete calls on what to change across channels
- Strong verbal communication and the ability to defend creative opinions in discussions
- Submit three video responses answering the specified questions (links to videos)
- Willingness to relocate or work on-site where applicable (relocation assistance offered)
