Who can apply?
- Unemployed youth who have not previously participated in the Yes4Youth initiative.
- Aged between 18 and 29
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must reside close to the workplace area
- Must not have a criminal record.
- Must be able to start employment on 1 May 2026.
- Highest Qualification to be Grade 12
- Qualification aligned to the position would be an advantage

Role Purpose
The HR Administrator provides support to the People & Culture team by assisting with recruitment,
onboarding, data management, documentation, and general HR administrative tasks. The role ensures
smooth HR operations, accurate recordkeeping, and efficient coordination of people-related processes
across the organisation.
• Print and prepare interview packs for panel members.
• Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and confirming interviews.
• Support the Talent Consultant with recruitment-related administration.
• Ensure all candidate records and communications are captured accurately.
• Capture employee and HR-related data on relevant systems and trackers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files and employee records.
• Support digital and physical filing processes in line with HR procedures.
• Assist in preparing onboarding documents and welcome packs.
• Support HR with new employee setup, documentation collection, and induction preparation.
• Ensure onboarding checklists and documentation are completed and filed.
• Assist the HR Consultant with general administrative requirements.
• Type letters, reports, and HR documents when required.
• Ensure professional, accurate formatting of HR documents and communication.
• Assist with ad hoc People & Culture projects as needed.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth HR workflow across the team.
• Participate in HR initiatives, data updates, and process improvement activities.
Skills & Competencies (Advantageous):
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling
• Confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with HR information
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, HR systems)
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks timeously
