At Outsource Access, we help property restoration professionals and insurance claims teams scale their operations seamlessly. We don't just process paperwork, we make sure every property damage estimate is fast, precise, and fully optimized to eliminate profit leakage and compress the claims cycle.

How You’ll Make a Difference
  • Turning Data into Dollars: You will transform raw field notes, sketches, Matterport scans, and scope photos into highly accurate, defensible line-item property damage estimates within Xactimate, ensuring no revenue is left on the table.

  • Winning the Supplement Battle: You will meticulously analyze original carrier estimates against actual site conditions to draft comprehensive, evidence-backed supplement packages that justify necessary project costs.

  • Bulletproofing the Documentation: You will compile and organize crucial supporting evidence—including moisture logs, psychrometric data, and labeled field photos—to ensure strict compliance with carrier guidelines and seamless audits.

  • Driving the Claims Cycle: You will proactively manage workflows and systematically follow up with insurance adjusters to accelerate approvals, keeping restoration projects moving forward without delay.



RequirementsIs This You?
  • An Xactimate Specialist: You have at least 2–5 years of hands-on experience drafting mitigation and reconstruction estimates inside Xactimate (X1 or Online). If you have an Xactimate certification, that's a massive plus.

  • Restoration & Construction Literate: You possess a deep understanding of residential or commercial property restoration, construction terminology, IICRC standards, and standard insurance billing mechanics.

  • A Confident Communicator: You possess excellent written and verbal English skills, allowing you to professionally and confidently navigate tough negotiations and interactions with insurance adjusters.

  • Tech-Savvy: You easily navigate industry-standard tools like CompanyCam, Encircle, and CRM databases (such as JobNimbus, Dash, or Restoration Manager) to keep data organized and up to date.

  • Your Home Office: You have a reliable, high-speed internet connection, a distraction-free workspace, and a dependable computer setup capable of running heavy estimating software efficiently.
