We are hiring an X/Twitter operator who can build a repeatable posting and a reply engine across brand and founder accounts, and turn day to day social execution into measurable growth. As X shifts to more long form content and more AI content enters the platform, we see an unique opportunity to amplify our perspectives and expertise on AI and hallucination detection.

What we are looking for:

You will own GPTZero’s presence on X across the GPTZero brand account, founder profiles, and our automated reply tools. You will run daily content, high volume replies, real time monitoring, and lightweight amplification. You will build distinct voices per account, ship weekly reporting, and continuously iterate on what earns distribution in the AI detection conversation.
Responsibilities:

• Own GPTZero’s presence on X across the brand account and founder profiles, including voice, positioning, and daily execution

• Ship daily posts and run a high volume reply engine, target 15 to 20 high quality replies per day on relevant high reach threads

• Monitor mentions and key conversations throughout the day, including weekends when needed, and manage fast responses from the brand account

• Create and maintain a lightweight style guide and content system, including content pillars, repeatable formats, and account specific do nots

• Propose and operate secondary accounts when useful, and build a simple operating system for cadence, guardrails, and link placement

• Run lightweight campaigns and amplification, including creator tagging and pay per engagement experiments when ROI is clear

• Partner with Engineering on special projects that improve distribution and speed, for example a bot, automation workflows, or internal tooling with clear guardrails and success metrics

• Ship weekly reporting that ties activity to outcomes, including impressions, engagement, profile visits, qualified clicks, and attributed signups using UTMs
  

Goals:

• 100X the utilization of our @GPTZeroAI AI detection reply bot from ~100 weekly active users to 10K weekly active within the first six months of 2026

• Make several viral X posts related to AI detection and GPTZero

• If the above goals are reached, this role is eligible for an additional performance bonus up to 50K

• Proven track record growing an X account to 30k+ followers, or equivalent proof of elite distribution and reply craft

• Terminally online instincts for X, you understand timing, thread dynamics, and how replies travel

• Strong writing range, you can write in multiple voices without sounding templated

• Comfort with technical topics, you can communicate AI detection nuance with accuracy and clarity

• High cadence operator, you can sustain daily volume and iterate fast

• Strong judgment, you can balance speed with brand safety and escalation

• Experience operating multi account networks, including persona or satire accounts

• Experience with creator campaigns and influencer management

• LinkedIn founder content experience, including narrative building and distribution mechanics
