Responsibilities :

Job Responsibilities:

• Pulls out supporting documents required by the Tax Team for Tax Compliance, Tax Audits, VAT refund, Ninestar Reporting, Tax Rollforward, etc.
• Generates schedules and reports required for tax audits.
• Encodes monthly importation data from SADs
• Preparation of BIR Form 2307
• Translates to English correspondences received from the Tax Authorities
• Provides screenshots of SAP transactions and invoice required by the Tax Team for any testing activities.
• To take on and manage ad-hoc assignments and handle other tasks as required by the immediate superior

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. 
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work under heavy time pressure
• Willing to work overtime
• Ability to deliver according to established/committed deadlines
• Reliable data entry skills
• Displays thoroughness and attention to detail
• Effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Works with minimum supervision
• Can start immediately
