Responsibilities
- Write and edit content, including long-form articles, white papers, blog posts, case studies, and social copy
- Edit and proofread content—yours and others – for story, structure, clarity, and accuracy
- Interview executives and subject-matter experts to develop storylines and industry perspectives for owned content initiatives
- Develop and manage editorial calendars that support integrated program goals
- Work directly with clients to understand their priorities, anticipate content needs, and make thoughtful editorial recommendations that move programs forward
- Balance multiple projects and deadlines across 4-5 accounts and industries simultaneously
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver strategic communications programs with original content at the forefront
Requirements
- 4-7+ years of experience in journalism, content marketing, or communications, primarily focused on B2B technology
- Strong portfolio of writing and editing that demonstrates storytelling skills
- Experience interviewing executives and external sources and translating complex technical information into accessible writing
- Proven ability to manage multiple client projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience optimizing content for SEO/GEO, LinkedIn publishing, and other digital channels
- Flexible, team player with a can-do attitude
