The Role
We are looking for a Workplace Lead who will take full ownership of our workplace operations and experience. This role goes beyond day-to-day office management. You will shape the entire workplace strategy, oversee hospitality, IT, and security operations, and ensure an exceptional working environment for our team.

Responsibilities
- Leading all workplace operations and ensuring an outstanding employee experience
- Managing and mentoring the workplace team, including hospitality, IT, reception, and security
- Setting high standards for catering, events, and all guest interactions
- Overseeing IT operations, hardware/software inventory, and operational tools run smoothly and at scale
- Managing physical security measures, access systems, emergency procedures, and vendor relations
- Owning office projects, including construction, refurbishment, and space planning
- Managing contractual relationships with all third-party suppliers
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in workplace operations, facilities, hospitality, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams across the workplace, hospitality, IT, and security
- Strong project management skills and proven experience in large-scale office or construction projects
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Excellent command of English
- Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
