The Role
Digital Turbine is actively looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Workplace and Employee Experience Manager to look after the smooth running and general happiness of our fast-growing Israel office. You'll be responsible for the upkeep of our office, capacity planning, and social events. This role requires a ‘can-do’ and proactive attitude, always thinking two steps ahead, and an approachable and friendly personality. In this role, you'll work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment and interact with people and managers at all levels.
Role of the Workplace and Employee Experience Manager
- Temporary full time position for 9-12 months - covering for maternity leave in our office in Petach Tikva - On site position,5 days a week With flexibility if needed .
- Manage all Workplace Operations and Facilities matters
- maintaining office supplies, food and beverage, and employee requests or inquiries
- managing vendors (cleaning, maintenance, catering, security, deliveries,etc)
- managing catering needs
- courier logistics
- meeting room maintenance and bookings
- event planning, coordination and execution
- budget - Finding cost effective solutions to all the office services and is the gatekeeper for monthly costs on office expenses
- expense management – tracking expenses to budget, timely submission for invoicing and reimbursement
- Maintain high-quality standards for all office needs (cleaning, look and feel, products etc.)
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment
- The focal point for all office needs for employees, visitors and clients (reception desk, travel, accommodation, food, other needs)
- Coordinate employee on-boarding and off-boarding process in alignment with the HR policies
- Assisting the Global Workplace Experience Director and the team with day-to-day duties and ad-hoc global projects
- Engage with all stakeholders
Requirements of the Workplace and Employee Experience Manager
- 3 years experience in office management/events planning or similar
- Fluent/native English is an Must
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills to support a demanding workload
- Very proactive, with positive energy, approachability and a customer centric mentality
- Desire to take on more responsibilities over time
- Ability to successfully navigate through ambiguity
- Superb communication skills, ability to interact at all levels within the organization
- Project management skills in interdisciplinary settings
- Well-structured and independent work method
- Forward-thinking, coordination, and organizational skills, “Can-do” drive, willingness to take responsibility, high ambition, and the ability to achieve goals collaboratively
- Experience with GSuite is a plus
- A high level of discretion, commitment, and dedication
