The Team
The People team at Alloy embraces a progressive, people-first mindset to support our talented and fast paced team. The People team supports Alloy’s five sites and includes our Head of People, HR BP, Talent Partner, and you!
The Role
As our Workplace Experience Partner, you will collaborate with all members of the People team and gain exposure to multiple areas of HR. You will create an inviting environment for our team and guests including leading our office + kitchen inventory management, welcoming guests, and coordinating meetings, and managing our lunch program. You will also support various aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruiting coordination, HR operations, and tracking HR engagement programs. In the Office Management capacity. This role requires positive energy, an eagerness to learn, and someone approaches their work with a customer-service mindset.
This role will report to the Head of People with autonomy owning various projects and tasks in a dynamic start-up environment while keeping up the pace of Alloy. This is you!
How You’ll Drive Impact
- Support: be the first line of support to Alloy across all internal and external workplace experience requests with sound judgment on prioritization and the professional confidence to make real time decisions on behalf of the company
- Maintain: Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and ordering of supplies for our shared office space, conference rooms, kitchen, snack and lunch programs, and office equipment
- Impress: create first-in-class experiences for all Alloy team members through high touch engagement and thoughtful cultural events that exemplifies Alloy’s commitment to a people centric approach
- Problem-Solve: Find fast and realistic solutions to unforeseen issues, you like to find the root cause of the problem and solve for it instead of only looking at the surface level
- Up-level: you add value in everything you do and will contribute to the growth of Alloy; implementing new processes and fine-tuning standard office and administrative processes for the team that scales within our mission and vision

- 2+ years experience in an HR/People, Administrative, or Operational position
