This role suits an office manager or workplace experience manager who wants a larger remit of responsibility, owning the workplace experience across Fuse.
Responsibilities- Create and continuously optimise a workplace that maximises employee productivity and performance
- Own the day-to-day operation of the workplace, delivering a safe, efficient and high-performing environment
- Lead relationships with landlords, building management and key suppliers to maintain exceptional workplace standards
- Manage workplace services including connectivity, F&B, office technology and employee health initiatives (e.g. flu vaccinations)
- Continuously improve workplace processes, implement innovative solutions and embed a culture of workplace excellence across Fuse
- Provide critical operational support across the business and coordinate meetings, travel and internal events as required
Requirements
- Proven experience as an office or workplace manager, ready to take on a larger remit
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship management with suppliers and building management
- Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-moving environment
