Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

As a Workplace Executive at JLL, you will be responsible for overseeing soft services operations, managing vendor relationships, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the overall workplace experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure all soft services are well maintained by term-contractors

• Conduct daily spot checks to upkeep the cleaning standards of vendors

• Perform regular spot checks on landscape vendors' maintenance work

• Monitor pest control vendor performance through regular spot checks

• Collaborate with management to ensure operations teams are aware of any changes

• Prepare delivery service reports and performance reports for all vendors

• Manage and review costing proposals from vendors for ad-hoc work services, including constant updating of status and closely monitoring progress

• Participate in and support both internal and external audits

• Oversee and address all feedback and incident management processes

• Ensure maintenance is carried out by term-contractors according to established maintenance plans

• Manage technicians and vendors to maintain service quality and compliance

• Perform other functions necessary for effective operations of the properties or as directed by management

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or workplace services

• Strong vendor management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with strong quality control mindset

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
