At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.​

This is an in-office position and you’ll be expected to work full-time in an office location, and therefore must live within commuting distance from your assigned office. You will work from this office beginning on your first day.

The Workplace Team at GoDaddy manages our extensive real estate portfolio, including co-working spaces. We oversee daily operations of our workspaces while supporting hybrid work by providing virtual assistance to remote employees. Our mission is to enhance the employee experience and foster a productive, efficient work environment.

A day in the Workplace Team is diverse and engaging. Responsibilities may include managing the front desk, organizing office events, coordinating daily site operations, facilitating visitor access, and overseeing IT and logistics. You will also play a crucial role in health and safety tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations, performing safety assessments, and implementing health protocols. No two days are the same!

What you'll get to do...

  • Manage full coverage of the Front/Reception desk
  • Handle visitor registrations, badge creations and other access control activities, (CCTV operations, etc.)
  • Deliver programs and services that positively impact the workplace culture and employee productivity
  • Support organization and execution of office events
  • Coordinate the administration of H&S documentation
  • Partner with IT to provide support for the office.
  • Frequent checking and monitoring of office space and equipment to ensure site is presentable
  • Support local logistics program in coordination with Logistics team
  • Liaise with building management and service providers to ensure efficient operation of the building

  • Proficient English level – both verbal and written
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness and excitement to learn new skills
