Job Description:

WB is responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive set of personal wealth and retirement products and services through Banking, Merrill Edge and Advisory channels. WB provides tools and content that enables financial advisors and bankers to help their client’s live better financial lives.
Responsibilities:
Serves as an Sr. Engagement Consultant for the retirement group’s mid to large sized Institutional clients.
Defines and delivers effective communication strategies for a book of assigned clients based on business goals, corporate culture, financial wellness challenges, and identified employee behaviors.
Supports sponsor and participant adoption of WB’s products and broader education and downstream programs.
Understands how to engage various audience demographics to meet plan sponsor goals and address their communication challenges.
Additionally, supports new business activity by representing the business’s engagement program capabilities and value.
Provides forward-thinking leadership on how to engage various audience demographics to meet plan sponsor goals and address their communication challenges.
Works to synthesize data to expose key insights, analytics and recommendations for campaign optimization.
This is a client-facing role where the candidate will prepare and present client strategies and briefings for the plan sponsor and their senior management team.
Role is also expected to participant in sales and rebid situations to represent the organization when needed.
Required:
FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or ability to obtain within Compliance deadline)
Client facing strategy and/or relationship management preferred
Experience in meetings with key decision makers and solid presentation skills
Analytical mindset with ability to take thought leadership and make relevant to plan sponsors and strategy
Project management skills with a demonstrated understanding or willingness to learn production processes across media or willingness to learn
Problem solver and collaborator mindset with the ability to work in a client facing team environment
Experience with digital and multi-channel marketing campaigns, social media, and Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other relevant platforms preferred or willingness to learn.
Knowledge of the firm’s products and services or a willingness to learn
Desired:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (Marketing, Communications or Analytics major a plus)
