At DKB Code Factory, we believe in “designing the right thing before designing the thing right”. You’ll help shape innovative finance products from day one, working hands-on in early discovery and product development. This role is for someone curious, strategic and ready to move fast, take ownership and make an impact.

- Support the interdisciplinary UX-research team by contributing to various projects like business customers platforms, the new banking app, customer web portal and more.
- Support user research project management and take ownership.
- Help defining, planing and conducting user research, execute interviews, experiments, surveys and more.
- Support various product teams.
- Become the dedicated advocate of the user-centered approach to product development.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [
- Ideally, you are studying Human–Computer interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Project Management or a related field. You don't? Also cool, tell us your story!
- You have already developed organization and project management skills.
- You have a big motivation to work in a user research role at a consumer-focused company (best case with some proven experience or even a portfolio).
- You have some knowledge of qualitative or quantitative user research methods, like in-depth interviews, remote research, prototype testing, usability testing, surveys or market landscape analysis.
- You have a proactive working style and enjoy collaborative work in a dynamic, data-driven, creative environment.
- You are available 20 hours per week.
- You are fluent in German and English.
- You're passionate about your work, but also know how to enjoy your free time!
