Working Student Team Support - Innovation

Digital technologies are transforming the legal profession. As a next generation law & tax firm, Loyens & Loeff invests in accelerating technology adoption and innovating business processes. To support this transition, our Innovation team is looking for a working student to support us in logistical, operational, and organisational matters. 

• scheduling and calendar management: meetings (internal and external); 

• book flights and hotels;  

• manage invoices; 

• support accounting in Microsoft Excel; 

• support the team with (administrative) tasks that will help them perform optimally. 

• available for sixteen (16) hours a week for a six (6) month period (July – December); 

• a higher professional education (HBO) or university bachelor's degree at scientific (WO) level of working and thinking;  

• affinity with (legal) innovation and tech support; 

• organisational skills: able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently; 

• technical skills: proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must; 

• handle dynamic work processes, deadlines and ad hoc activities; 

• proactive: anticipate the needs of the team and take the initiative to address them; 

• attention to detail: accurate in all tasks, from scheduling to document management; 

• a team player and enjoy working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals;  

• strong communication skills; 

• an excellent written and verbal command of the Dutch and English language. English is the primary working language of the team.
