About the position
You can expect the opportunity to gain initial insights into the processes of complex automotive projects, especially in the processing of warranty returns from the receipt of goods to the root cause analysis and error correction with the associated documentation (8D reporting) to the customer.
Your team
The SW Analysis Team is a customer service department in the Harman Connected Car Division. The department is responsible for the root cause analysis of infotainment and telematics system errors, especially in the area of software analysis.
Your tasks
- Implementation of analysis tools in consultation with the responsible colleagues
- Create test scripts in C# and Python in Visual Studio Code for test automation.
- Evaluation of endurance tests.
- Support for manual tests
What you should bring with you
- Technical studies (e.g. computer science, electrical engineering, ...)
- Good knowledge of programming/scripting (Python, C# or object-oriented programming language)
- Experiences with databases (z.B. SQL)
- Good knowledge of English
- Experience with Office
- Independent and structured way of working
- Reliability and willingness to learn new things
- Communicative
