About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated working student to support us in the sourcing and supplier management area. Within the industrialization team you will assist in different activities with a focus on sourcing activities and quote management. As a working student you will have the chance to be in regular contact with the biggest electronic manufacturers and support our production plan of our Battery Management Systems. Your role gives you the chance to work in an exciting and dynamic environment and to deepen your knowledge around the automotive and electronics sector.
Your future tasks at a glance
- Support Supplier Quality Managers (SQMs) in executing Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes
- Work closely with suppliers to obtain Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation, Part Submission Warrants (PSW), and other technical records
- Manage IMDS (International Material Data System) reports using the IMDS platform.
- Gather and manage standard component FIT Rates efficiently
- Maintain and update the company database platform on a regular basis using collected data
- Support special projects to streamline processes within the Industrialization team
What you bring with you
- Bachelor or master student in business or engineering
- You understand the importance of data & love working with numbers
- You know that details matter and work thoroughly
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Highly motivated, willing to take responsibility and ownership of a project
- Creative, curious and enthusiastic to learn about production environment and its processes
- Preference for working in teams and strong communication skills (English is the company language)
