Your Team
We are the Strategy Team of the SBU Intelligent Cockpit and manage the entire strategy process of HARMAN’s largest Business Unit – from strategy development and communication to implementation in close collaboration with our expert teams.
We work cross-functionally and internationally with colleagues from various departments. Together, we drive innovation, develop new ideas and processes, and actively shape the future of our business unit – with passion, team spirit, and a clear focus on impact.
What You Will Do
- Contribute to building and implementing a structured strategy communication process
- Prepare, organize, and facilitate workshops (remote/on-site)
- Support the further development of our SBU Strategy Framework (including Strategy Toolbox, process and governance design)
- Assist in creating the quarterly strategy update
- Conduct market and competitor analyses and prepare results in a structured way
- Support project management for our product units
What You Need to Be Successful
- Ongoing studies (Bachelor or Master), at least in the 3rd semester, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Communication
- Initial work experience through internships, vocational training, or working student positions
- Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented working style with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
- Creativity and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues from different departments
- Excellent English skills; good German skills are an advantage
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with tools such as Canva and FigJam is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex content clearly and engagingly
Bonus Points if You Have
- Basic knowledge of strategy development and strategy processes
- Experience in the automotive industry and/or software environment
