Your Role
As a Product Development Working Student, you will play an integral role in enhancing GS1’s operations by driving automation and process improvements. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to collaborate with international teams, manage key aspects of account creation and invoicing, and contribute to streamlining operations, all within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with GS1 contacts from different locations such as Germany and the US to resolve barcode creation issues

Identifying areas that can be automated to streamline operations and enable faster decision-making.

Supporting with accessing accounts and creation of new accounts.

Collaborating and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams, essential for managing invoicing and payments of GS1 accounts.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role you:

Are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Business, Economics, or a related field.

Hold previous internship experience in dynamic, fast-paced settings, such as startups.

Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and possess a proactive, hands-on approach
-
Hold strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Have an eye for detail to help in analyzing data and spotting opportunities.

Possess proficient Excel skills for effective communication and data analysis.

Have experience with e-commerce and/or Amazon FBA businesses is a plus, though not mandatory.

Are fluent in German and English - mandatory.
