Your role

As a working student People Development & HR administration, you will take on diverse exciting tasks in the areas of onboarding and offboarding, employee development, employee engagement, etc. You will work independently and have the chance to bring your own ideas and grow in a cut-edge, fast-paced and innovative start-up with great colleagues. Depending on your interests and previous knowledge, you will have the chance to support the People on several different tasks in the field of HR administration, Recruiting and other topics. Your future tasks at a glance

•  Onboarding:
• You monitor all legal requirements are met previous to employment
• You will prepare onboarding internally
• You will arrange and include future employee in relevant groups and trainings
• You offer support to future and current employees on different HR administration topics




•  Employee Benefits:
• You will support with employee benefits management




•  Training Management
• You are in contact with trainers, your organize and plan trainings.




•  Offboarding
• If needed, you prepare all necessary documents before employee's departure




You will support the People Team in a variety of People Development, HR Administration and Recruiting tasks.

What you bring with you

• You are enrolled as a bachelor or master student in the fields of business administration, psychology or similar
• You enjoy taking responsibility and are not afraid of unknown situations
• You are highly organized and with an eye for detail
• You have a strong interest in people and employee development / HR topics
• You have strong and reliable communication skills in English and German.
• You can work 20 hours a week for at least 6 months as a working student and be in the office at least 2-3 days a week.
