Responsibilities

Project assistance: Support in the planning, implementation and control of internal global transformation projects in the area of supply chain management

Event management: Assistance in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of digital events (e.g. registration process, event support, documentation)

Communication: Maintenance and creation of content for various communication channels (newsletter, blog, forum, e-mails) and editing of our internal website

Supporting consultants: Supporting consultants in their day-to-day business

Data analysis: Analyzing data and summarizing and preparing results

Process documentation: Helping to develop and document processes
Requirements

Studies: You are in a master's program in economics, supply chain management or a related field of study

Practical experience: Ideally, you have already completed an internship or have other practical experience in the above-mentioned field

Technical affinity: Enjoy working with technical solutions (e.g. MS Teams, MS Whiteboard, Connections) and willingness to learn the ropes

IT skills: Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, Power Apps and ideally knowledge in the field of RPA technologies

Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and English as well as intercultural skills

Communication skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as experience with different communication channels and target group-oriented language

Commitment: High level of commitment and initiative, as well as an independent and structured way of working
