About Catapult

"Catapult" is the analytics software designed to help brands optimize their performance on Amazon. Within Catapult, we offer different products tailored for various roles within a company: Media for performance marketing analysis, retail for marketplace management, and the digital shelf for content creation and management.

Our aim is to deliver actionable insights that you can directly implement to improve your Amazon strategy. Clients using Catapult include well-known brands like Bosch, Unilever, and Fackelmann.

Our team is currently looking for a motivated Working Student Marketing & Business Development (f/m/d) to support the growth of Catapult. If you are an analytical- and detail oriented minded individual, we encourage you to apply!

The position is in Hamburg and entails up to 20 working hours per week.

How would you spend your time if you join us?

• You increase the target company list by conducting deep research of companies and relevant people mainly with the LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• You increase the network of the Catapult Corporate influencer by setting up and maintaining LinkedIn automation proceses with tools like dripify (connection requests and messages), which you also wrote, and mange the performance
• You work efficient with your interest to test and work with many tools like ChatGPT Deep Research, Wiza and others to support marketing and sales in different research tasks
• You report on a monthly basis about the achievements, means increase of target account list and achievements of the Cooperate influencer in reach and connections
• You assist in daily communications within the Marketing and Business Development team, facilitating smooth workflow and project coordination.

• You are currently enrolled as a student, ideally in business administration, ecommerce, or marketing; students from other fields are also welcome
• You are analytical, detail-oriented, organized and approach your tasks with a high quality
• You have excellent written and verbal skills in English and German
• You are proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to grow your skills and knowledge daily
