To support our quality management team of About You own brands in Berlin, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) with a high interest in textile industry processes. The weekly working time is 15 - 20 hours.
Responsibilities
- Maintain supplier data on various platforms - gathering information and monitoring changes in the supplier portfolio and updating accordingly
- Independently manage and encourage supplier engagement with company manuals and compliance requirements
- Monitor and forecast label stock to ensure timely availability
- Communicate effectively with international suppliers and service providers
- Collaborate closely with management, actively contributing to strategic meetings and cross-functional team discussions
- Support documentation processes, including invoices and reports
- Assist in preparing presentations and guidelines for suppliers
- Contribute to seasonal supplier performance assessments
Requirements
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in apparel/textile technology, business administration, management, or a related field, with a strong interest in the fashion industry
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously, with flexibility to manage ad hoc responsibilities
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- High level of responsibility and excellent interpersonal skills
- Fast, reliable, and able to work independently
