SAP LeanIX is growing rapidly and seeking a Working Student in Instructional Design (f/m/d).
You will work closely with product subject matter experts from all levels and report to the Head of Knowledge Management. The role will contribute to the Knowledge Management Team’s mission to enable customers, partners, and employees to apply the SAP LeanIX product in the best way by providing excellent training content in the SAP LeanIX Academy.

- Impact: Your role will be to support the creation of highly engaging learning content for our SAP LeanIX Academy
- Innovative playground: You support bringing the SAP LeanIX Academy to the next level by contributing to the ideation and execution of innovative approaches to learning (product-/tool-led enablement, gamification, etc.)
- Team work: You will work together with instructional designers and product experts from all levels to co-create excellent learning courses in an agile and efficient way
- Broad range of activities: You will also support us in creating excellent product enablement content
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Tech and learning enthusiast in instructional design and creation of learning content for software-/IT-related topics
- Initial experience with video editing and the creation of learning modules, including the development of storyboards, scripts and exam questions is a plus
- Strong in visualization and design with an eye for aesthetics
- Personality with a passion about creating next-level learning experiences
- Motivated new team member with a creative mindset
- Excellent English language skills
