What you will do:
- Create and maintain employee profiles in the HR Information System (Personio)
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of employee data during entry and ongoing maintenance, e.g., in onboarding new employees or adjusting existing profiles
- Prepare and generate HR documents and contracts utilizing existing templates in our HRIS
- Assist in the full document and contract management lifecycle, ensuring files are consistently managed and compliant
- Support the administration of employee benefits and the necessary registration/deregistration tasks
- Assist the HR Operations Manager with simple reporting tasks by pulling standardized data
- Handle and resolve Tier-1 level employee inquiries via the HR inbox (e.g., simple requests for standard documents or process clarification)
- Provide general administrative and operational support for ad hoc HR tasks and special requests from HR colleagues
- Support the monthly payroll preparation process through preliminary document and information gathering
Who you are:
- Studies: Currently enrolled or graduates from bachelors program as a student, preferably - but not necessarily - in a subject related to Business Administration, HR, or comparable fields
- Strong affinity for systems, data entry, and meticulous accuracy in work
- Organizational skills and a structured approach to managing tasks in parallel
- Proficient handling of data and systems, e.g., working with an HRIS
- A team-player mentality and supportive mindset, i.e., rolling up sleeves with the intention of discovering learning opportunities
- English and German language skills at level B2 or above are required
