About our People & Culture Team

Our People & Culture Team is currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven Working Student HR Operations (f/m/d) to enrich our team. This role poses a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources. You will assist with a mix of tasks that support our team's mission to enhance employee satisfaction and promote a vibrant company culture. 

To excel in this role, you must possess strong German language skills, with a minimum of C1 level proficiency as this is essential for effective communication with external stakeholders such as our payroll company, health insurances etc. as well as German being our contractual language.

How would you spend your time if you join us?

  • You support the onboarding and offboarding process by preparing employment contracts, processing new hire paperwork, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees 
  • You help manage employee absences, benefits, and other administrative documentation 
  • You assist in updating and maintaining internal databases and systems (HRIS) to ensure all records are up-to-date and compliant 
  • You get insights into other administrative tasks and HR projects as needed to support the People and Culture Team 
Requirements
Who Are You?
  • You are currently enrolled as student, for instance studying business administration, psychology, communication, or a similar field – ideally focusing on HR, but this is not required
  • You have first HR experience through an internship or a working student position (beneficial but not required) 
  • You are a self-motivated person, eager to learn and known for your organizational strength
  • You take over responsibility for your tasks with high detail- and quality-orientation
  • You possess very good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
