About our Digital Marketing - B2B Team

We’re numbers-driven performance marketers who focus on our B2B clients’ pipeline revenue and bottom-line value. We specialize in building and executing performance marketing strategies for B2B clients with long sales cycles and complex customer journeys.

The B2B team at the Hamburg location focuses on Personal Branding, Lead Research and Personal Outreach and is looking for a Working Student - Social Media Content (f/m/d). The goal is to support our clients in developing strategies and tactics that help them improve their marketing and increase their sales. The position is part-time (max. 20 hours per week) and located in Hamburg.

• You assist in daily communications within the Marketing and Business Development team, facilitating smooth workflow and project coordination
• You help in the early stages of developing personal and employer branding concepts, providing fresh perspectives and ideas
• You engage in basic research tasks to gather relevant industry content, trends, and news, helping the team stay ahead of the curve
• You learn how to use and manage content planning tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Planable) to organize and schedule LinkedIn posts
• You support the creation of LinkedIn posts, utilizing user-friendly tools like ChatGPT to craft messages that resonate with our audience
• You get involved in the creation and simple editing of visual content using platforms such as Canva, enhancing our digital presence with engaging imagery and videos
• You assist in compiling data for reports, learning how to interpret marketing metrics and understand their impact on our strategies

• You are currently enrolled in a university program, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English (C1 level or above)
• You have a strong desire to learn and grow in the fields of marketing and brand development
• You are familiar with the concept of personal branding and know how to make content relatable and accessible
• You want to learn how to differentiate and produce compelling content for platforms like LinkedIn
• You are curious about marketing analytics and how to use data in decision-making
• You are skilled in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel, with a keen eye for detail and data presentation
