Job DescriptionAs a working student in our Digital Services team, you will help shape how our services are delivered globally, creating meaningful experiences for our customers and empowering our Service & Support colleagues globally. Your contributions will support both strategic and operational initiatives, giving you hands-on exposure to impactful work in a dynamic environment. Your tasks will include:
- Conducting research and analysis to support early project phases
- Contributing to initiatives that enhance service excellence
- Assisting the Project Management team with ongoing projects
- Collaborating across teams while also working independently, gaining exposure to diverse business areas
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Management & Technology, Management & Innovation/Digital Technologies, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in technology and innovation
- Availability for at least 6 months at our Munich office
- Solid MS Office skills
- Organized, proactive and able to work independently
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
