Working Student Recruiting, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (all genders)
We are looking for a working student supporting us in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding.
You will gain hands-on experience and apply your knowledge in a professional setting. Furthermore, you will learn about diverse topics within Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, and Employer Branding. You will be a member of our People Team (Human Resources) and reporting to the Employer Branding Manager. This is a hybrid role, with one to two days per week in the office. The best part? Depending on your interests and experience, you get to contribute to a variety of exciting projects.
What you'll do:
Recruiting/Talent Acquisition

You are responsible for scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers. This includes managing meeting invites, booking rooms, organising video conferences, and ensuring all parties receive a professional interview agenda.

You build trustful relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to provide a positive candidate experience.

You support the talent acquisition team in administrative tasks, including answering questions and managing scheduling requests from recruiters, candidates, and interviewers.

You help to improve our hiring processes by participating in projects and supporting other ad-hoc tasks.
Employer Branding

You support ongoing activities such as social media management, editorial planning and content creation as well as career events, meet-ups, and conference organisation.

You help with internal employee engagement activities, including those related to culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
What you'll bring:
-
You are enrolled at a German university in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Marketing & Communications, or a related field. Ideally for minimum one year, and for 20h/week.

You communicate clearly and fluently in English, both orally and in writing.

You can interact across different organisational levels, and manage changing priorities effectively.

You are curious and embrace new software tools with enthusiasm.

You take ownership of your responsibilities and are able to prioritise tasks.

Experience with an applicant tracking system, such as Workday, is an advantage.
