What you’ll do ​& Who you are

Working Student Recruiting, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (all genders)  
 

We are looking for a working student supporting us in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding.

You will gain hands-on experience and apply your knowledge in a professional setting. Furthermore, you will learn about diverse topics within Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, and Employer Branding. You will be a member of our People Team (Human Resources) and reporting to the Employer Branding Manager. This is a hybrid role, with one to two days per week in the office. The best part? Depending on your interests and experience, you get to contribute to a variety of exciting projects.
 

What you'll do:
 

Recruiting/Talent Acquisition

  • You are responsible for scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers. This includes managing meeting invites, booking rooms, organising video conferences, and ensuring all parties receive a professional interview agenda.

  • You build trustful relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to provide a positive candidate experience.

  • You support the talent acquisition team in administrative tasks, including answering questions and managing scheduling requests from recruiters, candidates, and interviewers.

  • You help to improve our hiring processes by participating in projects and supporting other ad-hoc tasks.

Employer Branding

  • You support ongoing activities such as social media management, editorial planning and content creation as well as career events, meet-ups, and conference organisation.

  • You help with internal employee engagement activities, including those related to culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

What you'll bring:

  • You are enrolled at a German university in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Marketing & Communications, or a related field. Ideally for minimum one year, and for 20h/week.

  • You communicate clearly and fluently in English, both orally and in writing.

  • You can interact across different organisational levels, and manage changing priorities effectively.

  • You are curious and embrace new software tools with enthusiasm.

  • You take ownership of your responsibilities and are able to prioritise tasks.

  • Experience with an applicant tracking system, such as Workday, is an advantage.
