JustWatch (www.justwatch.com) is the world's largest streaming guide for movies, TV shows, and sports, helping millions of users find where to watch their favorite content. We're looking for a motivated working student to support the SVP Platforms team with business analysis and data insights.
Who we need
Are you passionate about working with data and business analytics? Do you have a strong interest in technology and problem-solving? As a working student in our team, you'll support our platform optimization efforts by analyzing data, preparing reports, and providing valuable insights to guide decision-making.
What you will be doing
- Analyze data and identify trends to support platform performance and business strategy.
- Prepare overviews, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Work with Google Sheets and Excel to clean, manipulate, and analyze data.
- Monitor key performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and generate insights for business decisions.
What we need from you
- You are enrolled at a German university, working towards your Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- You have prior knowledge or experience in data analysis, business strategy, or business technology/statistics.
- Ideally, you have a background in mathematics, business technology, or statistics.
- You are comfortable working with Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., data analysis, pivot tables).
- You are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently.
- You are proficient in English.
