Job Title: Working Student D2C - Affiliate & Performance Marketing (m/f/d)
As a Working Student in our Affiliate & Performance Marketing team, you will play an active role in supporting the growth of our performance marketing activities. You will gain hands-on experience in affiliate management, influencer coordination, and performance/digital marketing, while also contributing to other DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) initiatives within the E-Commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Affiliate Executives and support the operations of affiliate marketing activities, e.g. partner onboarding, communication, campaign planning, reporting and sales validations.
- Assist in coordinating influencer and -network collaborations: outreach, content planning, campaign execution and sample seeding, administration and performance tracking.
- Monitor affiliate networks, influencer platforms, and price comparison sites to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Help analyze campaign data and sales to identify trends & opportunities across channels.
- Contribute to digital marketing campaigns (e.g., performance marketing, email, social)
- Assist with product launches, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Social Media, Category Management) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Conduct research on partners and industry trends
- Support the DTC team with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks.
Your Profile
- Enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong interest in affiliate marketing, influencer collaborations, and digital commerce.
- Analytical mindset with good Excel/PowerPoint skills.
- Proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented working style.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Availability: 20 hours per week (flexibility during Semester breaks and exams).
