What you will do
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues across Support and Development to build expertise and explore solution paths
- Handle customer requests via our Service Desk and provide clear, reliable support
- Reproduce and analyze issues by setting up test scenarios in our internal environments
- Support the Customer Support team in daily operations and ongoing improvement initiatives
- Gain deep insights into hospital workflows, clinical environments, and the user experience with medical devices and supporting technologies
- Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Medical Engineering, or a comparable field
- Strong customer orientation, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills
- A structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) and good command of English
