What You Will Do:
- You will answer emails from our customer’s user
- You will give simple and clear instructions to help users fix problems
- You will give input to continuously improve our chat-bot and FAQ to make it easier for users
- You will prepare weekly reports for your team lead showing the emails we got, how we helped, and any ways we can do better
Who You Are:
- You are currently enrolled in your studies and will continue studying for at least 1 more year
- You have excellent communication skills and are good at explaining things clearly, both in writing and when talking to people
- You are good at problem-solving and can figure out solutions to users' issues quickly and efficiently
- You have basic SQL skills
- You like working with data to understand user feedback and make improvements
- You have a very organized way of working and can handle multiple tasks and inquiries at the same time
- You are fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese (at least a strong B2 level, better C1) and good to have German skills
- Ideally, you are familiar with customer support tools and know how to use software for managing emails and helping customers
- You are willing to learn about adjoe´s playtime platform and assist our users in the best way possible
- Plus: You have some experience with customer support/service
