YOU WILL BE TAKING CARE OF:

  • Conducting AI research to identify new opportunities for improving support workflows.

  • Evaluating and testing AI capabilities that can enhance support quality and efficiency.

  • Assisting in the automation of support processes and operational touchpoints.

  • Supporting the integration and optimization of our customer support platform.

  • Handling approximately 30% day-to-day support alongside your project-focused work.

YOU CHECK THESE BOXES:

  • You bring initial experience with AI tools or AI-driven support workflows.

  • You have a solid understanding of support processes and basic operational logistics.

  • You feel comfortable evaluating and testing new AI capabilities.

  • You have worked with Intercom or similar support platforms.

  • Fluent in English (C1+) with a structured, proactive, and collaborative working style; any additional language is a plus, especially French.

  • You study something related to AI, automation, computer science, or (operational) logistics.

IT IS AWESOME IF YOU ALSO HAVE:

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, support bots, or automation of support processes, including basic technical integration skills (APIs, scripting, or automation tools).

  • Curiosity and a mindset for experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement in operational and logistics workflows.
