You are:

An experienced Workforce Software Integration Architect with a drive to succeed, a desire to learn, that will develop and grow our Workforce Software business.

The Work...

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of technology, function, or platform. You will collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative solutions that align with client needs and industry standards.

  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.

  • Create comprehensive documentation that outlines solution architecture and implementation plans.

  • Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in solution architecture.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing solutions to ensure they meet evolving client requirements.

Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing integrations on the workforce software application

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing or training on a packaged software system or highly complex internally developed application

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus points if...

  • Expert proficiency in WorkForce Software Tool Integration is required.

  • Expert proficiency in WorkForce Software Time and Attendance is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Requirements Analysis, Solution Architecture, and Solution Planning Costing & Pricing is suggested.

  • Experience with 3GL 4GL languages such as JavaScript

  • Experience leading workshops for gathering requirements and running meetings

  • Team lead experience

  • External client-facing consulting experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
