We are seeking an experienced Senior Workforce Management Business Analyst to support a large-scale Workforce Management (WFM) transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will provide leadership in HyperCare support, Organizational Change Management (OCM), stakeholder engagement, and business analysis activities during the implementation and stabilization of a cloud-based Workforce Management solution. This role requires strong experience working within complex enterprise environments, supporting post-go-live activities, change management initiatives, training programs, and business process improvements.

- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience managing organizational change and resistance
- Ability to support large, diverse user groups
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification considered an asset
- PROSCI certification or similar considered an asset
