Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent of eight (8) years of progressively responsible work experience.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Preferred: Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Technical Requirements:

  • Minimum: Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet. Demonstrated ability to learn new technology and efficiently execute on processes. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with numerous projects happening simultaneously.
  • Preferred: Expert level Excel proficiency. Strong reporting and data analytical skills.

Years of Related Work Experience:

  • Minimum: Experience in an administrative or finance role or demonstrated experience in a final project for a Bachelor's degree.
  • Preferred: Three (3) years of experience in a healthcare administration or educational environment.

*Pay for non-physician positions is determined based on related years of experience and internal equity. Eligible employees may also receive additional forms of compensation, including shift differentials, on-call pay, incentive pay, and bonus opportunities, where applicable. Manager and above positions may participate in Cottage Health’s annual management incentive program. Physician compensation is determined based upon specialty and may include bonus potential.
