About the Role
This position involves managing a high-volume workers’ compensation caseload from start to finish, supported by a dedicated team. You will play a key role in driving case outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships and consistent case progression.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation cases from inception through resolution
- Attend hearings and mediations
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Collaborate on case strategy and assist with trial preparation
- Maintain consistent client communication and proactive case management
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license and good standing with the Nevada state bar
- 2+ years of workers’ compensation experience preferred (preferred but not required)
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
