Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: 

• Execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Workday modules. 

• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure system integrity. 

• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver effective testing solutions. 

• Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution. 

• Experience in SQR , SQL for database testing 

• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders. 

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing. 

• Stay current with Workday updates and new features to ensure optimal testing practices. 

Qualifications: 

• Experience in Workday testing, including data migration and configuration. 

• Strong understanding of Workday modules and functionalities. 

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Workday-specific certifications (Workday Pro/ Workday HCM) is an added advantage 

• Experience with HR systems implementation and migration projects. 

Familiarity with automated testing tools and techniques.
